Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Officer to join the team in Pittong, VIC.
As an Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of the busy office. This full-time position (Casual first 6 months) offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Managing a range of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring the effective operation of the workspace
* Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we\'re looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated office support specific administrative experience is essential for this position
* A minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience is required for this position
* Solid organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Expert level proficiency in Excel formulas and functions is essential for this role
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Australian work rights are required for this position
