About the role
This is a dynamic Associate role where variety, responsibility and client contact all come together.
* Work on business and share sale transactions and due diligence
* Assist on land acquisition and development matters
* Handle commercial and retail leasing work
* Draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements
* Provide clear, commercially tailored advice to clients
* Work closely with a senior leader and a highly skilled team
What you'll bring
You'll be a capable commercial or property lawyer who enjoys client‐facing work, thinks commercially and wants to keep growing in a supportive but high‐performing environment.
* At least 3 years PQE in commercial and or property law
* Strong problem‐solving skills and high attention to detail
* Ability to deliver clear and commercially tailored advice
* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients
* Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
* Experience in the health, aged care or retirement living industries is desirable
