The role:
* Deliver consistently excellent coffee
* Provide warm, confident customer service
* Take orders and manage POS
* Support FOH operations (running food, clearing, service flow)
* Keep your workspace sharp and service-ready
* Assist with gallery functions and events
You’ll bring:
* 2+ years’ barista experience in a busy café
* Strong knowledge of extraction, milk texturing and workflow
* Calm, efficient service under pressure
