Life in Byron is a co-living accommodation hub that caters to longer term accommodation for students, digital nomads, and travellers and shorter stays for those that are just coming for the weekend or just passing through.
**About the role**:
Guest Services
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with guests.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including enquiries, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Lead the cleaning staff to ensure that the grounds, rooms, and facilities are kept to a high standard.
- Foster strong partner relationships and cultivate new connections.
Financial Management:
- Monitor expenses and optimise cost-efficiency.
- Implement and manage pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new guests.
- Manage social media channels and online presence.
- Build relationships with local businesses and tourism partners.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English (Other languages are a bonus!)
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Experience with Cloudbeds or similar reservation systems.
- Travel and hospitality experience
- Flexibility is essential and weekend work is required
**HOW TO APPLY**
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
