About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fitness Trainer to lead small group strength and functional training sessions, provide support and encouragement, and be responsible for opening or closing the gym as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes, focusing on strength and functional training
* Provide motivational support and guidance to members
* Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all gym users
* Welcome new members, create a positive atmosphere, and foster a sense of community
* Support events and community activities within the gym
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience with weights and group training, excellent communication skills, and be reliable, enthusiastic, and a genuine team player. A minimum Cert III in Fitness, current First Aid and CPR certification, and working rights in Australia are essential requirements.
