A well-established family-owned cattle & farming operations based in Bonalbo, Northern NSW has two open positions, one for a MACHINE OPERATOR with Excavator/ Dozer/ Tractor experience and one for a TRACTOR OPERATOR.
The farm is committed to sustainable practices using modern machinery, we take pride in our work and foster a positive, supportive, and dynamic working environment. The property is approximately 7000 acres and sits on the upper reaches of the Clarence River.
Machine Operator Benefits:
* Accommodation available at the farm for a Machine Operator;
* Negotiable hourly rate based on your experience + Superannuation;
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Prepare and operate bulldozer and excavator;
* Clearing plantation, raking, stump digging and other farming activities;
* Inspecting and maintaining equipment;
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures;
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Proven experience as an Excavator/Dozer Operator;
* Valid driver's license and relevant tickets;
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills;
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia;
* Applicant must be Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Temporary Visa holder with no work restrictions;
Tractor Operator Benefits:
* Negotiable hourly rate based on your experience + Superannuation;
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Prepare and operate farm tractor
The ideal candidate should possess:
* experience with disk ploughing, grass seeding and spreading fertilizer;
* Valid driver's license and relevant tickets;
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills;
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia;
* Applicant must be Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Temporary Visa holder with no work restrictions;
A negotiated hourly rate will be determined based on proven experience and ability for both positions.
