You'll deliver comprehensive property management services including:* Contract delivery and compliance with all PMA requirements and KPIs* Property inspections, maintenance programmes, and contractor management* Financial management: budgets, reconciliations, tenant payments, and CAPEX planning* Lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and tenant relations* Client reporting, stakeholder engagement, and chairing regular meetings* Driving service improvements and supporting ESG initiatives*Essential Requirements** Minimum 2+ years' commercial property management experience* Current Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager (WA)* Valid Driver's Licence* Strong financial acumen and budget management skills* Proficiency with property management systems (MRI highly regarded)* Sound knowledge of commercial leasing and property legislation*Key Attributes** Excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Ability to manage multiple sites effectively* Collaborative team player with professional presentation* Digitally literate and adaptable* Work on a significant portfolio with clear career development pathways* Supportive team environment with comprehensive training and mentorship* Work flexibility within an office-based environment* Competitive remuneration and benefits package* Be part of a global leader in commercial real estate**About JLL**JLL is a leading professional services firm specialising in real estate and investment management.
