Deputy Director, Advancement Services
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team in this newly created position as the Deputy Director, Advancement Services.
About the Role:
As the Deputy Director, you will be the right-hand to the Executive Director, Advancement Services, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing our ambitious vision for the advancement portfolio.
You will work closely with key stakeholders within the Advancement Portfolio (TAP) team to optimize functions and support our organization's campaign and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visionary Leadership: Collaborate with the Executive Director to bring our transformative vision to life, uplifting the advancement services team as a core part of the portfolio.
* Strategic Support: Provide strategic support across a range of cross-divisional functions, including strategic and operational planning, budgeting, financial management, vendor management, internal audit, governance, and policy.
* Team Management: Lead the Gift Operations team to enhance services and customer experience, managing strategic projects and initiatives across the portfolio.
* Opportunity Identification: Work with the business to identify opportunities across policy, data, people, process, and systems domains, managing these opportunities through to execution and monitoring to realize business benefits.

About You:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within advancement services or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
* Strong strategic and operational planning skills.
* Excellent financial management and budgeting expertise.
* Ability to manage multiple cross-divisional functions and projects.
* A visionary mindset with a passion for driving transformative change.
