Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations
* Develop and coach team members to achieve exceptional customer service

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step, possess retail or trade expertise, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations, preferably with mechanical/automotive parts knowledge, and hold a valid driver's license.
