As a seasoned MICE professional, you will steer conference & events and corporate sales for RACV Hobart Hotel, leading a small team of C&E Coordinators while delivering truly memorable client experiences.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive new business growth, manage key accounts, and maximise profitability across both C&E and accommodation.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you'll take ownership of building relationships, converting opportunities, and ensuring seamless event delivery from enquiry to execution.
