Overview
Warrnambool Stadium is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patrons, staff, and sporting clubs. This hands on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain grandstands, court areas, corridors, multipurpose rooms, foyers, and other stadium facilities in accordance with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
* Clean and maintain toilet and change room facilities to a high hygienic standard.
* Vacuum and clean office areas on a daily basis.
* Empty rubbish and recycling bins and prepare waste for collection.
* Keep stadium surrounds and car parking areas tidy and free of litter.
Stock Control
* Liaise with the Service Manager to ensure adequate supplies of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment are maintained.
Benefits
This is a permanent part time position working 30 hours per fortnight, with a starting salary of $64,874 per annum (pro‐rata) + superannuation with the opportunity to progress through Council's increment levels.
