What you'll do
* Conducting assessments and delivering evidence‐informed interventions
* Developing and implementing goal‐based therapy plans aligned with NDIS or other funding goals
* Collaborating with families, carers, and support networks to build functional capacity
* Working flexibly across home, school, community, and remote settings
* Managing your schedule and admin from home, with local clients and minimal travel
What you'll bring
* Degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and proactive communication skills
* A genuine passion for empowering people with disability
* Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, current Driver's Licence, and unrestricted working rights in Australia
