Full Time – $26.70/hr (Mon‑Fri), $33.38/hr (Sat), $40.05/hr (Sun). Junior rates may apply. We are looking for a dedicated Stewarding Captain to lead kitchen operations, ensure clean, safe and hygienic environments and support our Food & Beverage team to deliver unforgettable moments every day.
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full‑time.

A Day In The Life
* Support, organise and motivate the stewarding team for daily excellence
* Carry out cleaning duties to keep kitchen work areas and equipment spotless and safe
* Apply and oversee food safety procedures to maintain the highest hygiene standards
* Collaborate with the broader F&B team to meet operational needs
* Assist with onboarding, training and skill development to help teammates thrive
What You'll Bring
* Experience and knowledge of stewarding or kitchen operations
* Strong understanding of hygiene standards and food safety requirements
* Confidence in leading, training and mentoring others
* Ability to identify and manage safety hazards
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (with weekday RDOs)
