Medical Officer Opportunity
We are seeking a General Practitioner to provide medical services in a rural context.
* Initiating and being responsible for the clinical care of patients, particularly in the areas of general practice, emergency medicine, and aged care residents.
* Arranging patient management in accordance with best interests of the patient and with advice of specialist, regional, and tertiary referral centres.
* Documenting relevant clinical information legibly, concisely, and accurately.

About the Role:
The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing consulting room care as well as in-hospital care in a rural context. The position involves two integrated roles: providing general practice medicine and medical services for hospital patients in the acute and urgent care centre, and aged care residents.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with Australian Health Professionals Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
* Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (desired).
