About the role:
* Provide strategic legal advice to executives and operational leaders
* Draft and negotiate complex commercial, supplier and projects contracts
* Advice on various complex construction, employment, WHS, IP and privacy law matters
* Oversee enterprise risk register and advice on mitigation strategies
The ideal candidate:
* 6+ years PQE with a focus on in-house
* Strong track recording drafting and negotiating complex construction and commercial contracts
* Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks across WHS, employment and privacy
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters simultaneously
