About the role
With an enviable growing client list, DCCL's Intellectual Property Litigation practice is now looking for a 5-7 PQE Lawyer for our Sydney office, working closely with our highly regarded Principals including Paul Dewar and Miriam Zanker.
In this role, you will act for and advise local, international, private and public sector clients across diverse industry sectors and technologies in relation to contentious IP matters, including litigation regarding patents, trade marks, copyright, registered designs, trade secrets and domain names.
About you
Essential to this role is your trial experience and a drive to excel in the field of contentious IP. In return, you will receive the mentoring DCCL is known for, unparalleled IP experience and professional development.
In addition to your trial experience, you should bring exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and enjoy working and collaborating in teams.
