The Role
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented
Client Relations Executive
to support our venue partners across Australia. Reporting to the Client Relations Lead, you'll play a key role in onboarding, supporting, and retaining our growing network of venues.
You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our partners are set up for success - working closely with internal teams and helping to drive revenue through renewals and strong relationships.
What You'll Do
Onboard new venue clients and ensure they're getting the most out of HeadBox products
Coordinate 3D venue shoots and manage all pre-shoot logistics
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximise venue exposure across HeadBox channels
Build strong relationships with venue partners, providing ongoing support and training
Drive subscription renewals and retention, with clear revenue targets
What You'll Bring
1-3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail - especially with client-facing content
A team mindset and a flexible, "can-do" attitude
A passion for creating seamless client experiences
