About the Role
Support the Delivery Project Manager by coordinating governance meetings, managing documentation, and providing administrative and office support in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate governance meetings (management meetings, JOC, JSC, JVGC as backup)
* Prepare and issue meeting invites, agendas, minutes, and action/decision registers
* Collate meeting papers and manage governance documentation in SharePoint
* Maintain governance schedules and coordinate monthly reporting inputs
* Provide general team administration, including org charts and shared inbox support
* Assist with calendar management, site visit bookings, and claims processing
* Support office operations, events, visitors, inventory, invoices, and site logistics
Mandatory Requirements
* Intermediate–advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Intermediate SAP experience
* Experience in a similar role within a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Strong organisation, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel to sites if required
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
* Qualification in Business Administration or similar
* Exposure to Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
