Role

This is a varied, people-facing role where you'll be at the centre of delivering premium events, courses, and initiatives. As the Program Experience Partner, you will act as the host, guide, and key point of contact, ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and memorable. From coordinating logistics to engaging directly with members and clients, you'll play a critical role in bringing high-quality programs to life.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate end-to-end delivery of events, courses, and initiatives, including venues, presenters, catering, and logistics across in-person and virtual formats
* Act as the primary point of contact, guiding members and clients from registration through to completion while delivering a polished, high-quality experience
* Manage all program communications and materials, including agendas, briefings, and participant information
* Oversee operational requirements such as record keeping, invoicing, purchase orders, and site readiness to ensure seamless delivery
* Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve program quality, processes, and overall customer experience

About You

You're polished, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You take pride in delivering exceptional experiences and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders. You'll bring:

* Experience in premium service delivery, educational program delivery, premium concierge or guest services, or customer experience roles
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
