The roles
* Diagnose and repair faults across drip, micro, and pop-up systems
* Install/upgrade controllers, valves, and lines
* Guide and support junior staff on site
* Communicate with clients and help plan daily workflows
* Pitch in with the gardening team when needed
* Planting and plant care across shrubs, trees, and seasonal colour
* Identify and resolve pests/disease issues
* Take ownership of tasks and support teammates with direction and problem-solving
* Communicate clearly with clients and represent the Bishops brand professionally
About you
* Experience in gardening, landscaping, or irrigation (preferred)
* Natural leadership qualities — you enjoy guiding others and setting high standards
* Confident working independently and coordinating small crews
* Organised, reliable, and a strong communicator
* Irrigation applicants: experience installing, repairing, or servicing common components/controllers is a bonus
* Requirements: Current driver's licence and the right to work in Australia
