We're focused on developing cutting-edge technology, expanding into new markets, and driving value for our customers. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll lead onboarding for new customers, drive implementation of our product, and influence our product roadmap.


Your Role

* Lead onboarding for new customers, emphasizing requirement understanding and creative configuration of the product to solve their problems

* Responsible for end-to-end implementation for new customers, building out customer processes from scratch

* Lead training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product without additional ongoing help

* Proactive project management across multiple customers, managing requirements and tasks across onboardings

* Closely collaborate with the product and engineering teams to determine which customer requests to support and set expectations with customers

* Maintain high customer satisfaction by successfully onboarding them as quickly as possible

* Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value for our customers


Requirements and Qualifications

* Four years of experience working as a functional advisor implementing or administering finance procurement tools

* Prior experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool / ERP (Tech1, Dynamix AX, Oracle, Netsuite, or SAP S4)

* Exceptional communication and documentation skills

* Extreme attention to detail and proactive approach

* Strong data management skills, particularly handling large sets of sensitive customer data in MS Excel

* Able to push back while maintaining customer satisfaction

* Comfortable with software configuration (not necessarily technical skills, which would be a plus)
