? CONTRACT ROLE - Legal Administrator / Paralegal (Litigation Support)
Seeking an experienced Legal Administrator / Paralegal to join a high-performing Legal team on a 3-month contract, supporting the litigation portfolio during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a global luxury brand while contributing to meaningful, hands-on legal work.
About the Role
In this contract position, you will assist the Legal team with day-to-day administration and coordination across litigation matters. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure documents, processes, and case files are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across ongoing litigation files
Prepare, format, and manage legal documentation and correspondence
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
Liaise with internal teams and external legal representatives
Assist with compliance tasks, reporting, and general team support
Track deadlines, court dates, and workflow requirements
About You
Previous legal administration or paralegal experience (litigation experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive approach with strong communication skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
