Female Home Care Support Worker
This job involves providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Support clients with physical disabilities, such as moving and positioning them for comfort and safety.
* Provide housekeeping assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and light meal preparation.
* Accompany clients on outings, such as grocery shopping and errands.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
* Experience working in a care environment.
* Knowledge of person-centered care principles and safe manual handling techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and manual tasks.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
