Responsibilities
* Leading operations for our household name customer, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
* Supporting, managing, and developing a large operational team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
* Allocating appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
* Guiding the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and the attainment of overall objectives.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Meeting time‐specific deadlines, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and commitment.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a 3PL warehouse or transport with sound warehousing principles.
* Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable).
* Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience.
* Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships.
* Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System – ideally Manhattan.
* Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals.
* High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence.
