An exciting opportunity has become available for a Scheduling Coordinator to join this high performing team on a permanent full-time basis. Located in Noble Park this position is available for an immediate start.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- First point of contact for internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling of installers, field technicians and responding to installation enquiries
- Liaising with customers and providing regular updates
- Ensuring installations are completed on time
- Managing and review the job allocation process
- General administration duties
About you:
- Prior experience working in a similar environment is highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
- Proven experience with handling enquires and dispute resolution
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
