# Accounts Payable Officer**About Us****About The Role**We are looking for a proven **Accounts Payable Officer** to join our Finance team based in Carole Park, QLD. **Flexible part time or full time role up until 31 August 2026**.**The Role**Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:* Processing supplier invoices and customer payments* Accurate data entry into accounting systems* Reconciling invoices and following up discrepancies* Assisting with payment runs and account queries* Maintaining organised financial files and records* Supporting general administration and finance tasks**About You**We're looking for someone who is:* Highly accurate with strong attention to detail* Comfortable working with numbers and data entry* Organised and able to manage changing workloads* Reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator* Experienced in AP/AR or general accounts administration (preferred)**What We Offer*** Flexible part-time or full time hours until 31 August 2026* Friendly and supportive team culture* Full Training**We are the ASSA ABLOY Group** Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
