We're looking for a handy and proactive teammate to join our Facilities and Maintenance Team in our Adelaide student accommodation buildings. This role offers a wide variety of tasks that will engage your practical problem‐solving ability and keep your skills sharp and developing on the job.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be the go‐to person for keeping our building in top shape and our residents happy. A typical day could include:
* Handling maintenance requests and repairs across apartments and shared spaces.
* Getting rooms ready for new residents, from small fixes to final checks.
* Taking care of lighting, safety systems and general building maintenance.
* Recording maintenance tasks and safety checks in our system to keep things safe, organised and on track.
* Liaising with contractors and suppliers on site.
* Helping residents out with a friendly smile when things go wrong.
* Participating in an on‐call rotation for after‐hours support, shared with the team.
