 
        
        As a 
**Submissions Manager / Tender Coordinator**, you will lead and coordinate the preparation of comprehensive tender submissions. With your 5+ years of experience within the construction industry, you will assist in the development and delivery of all bids and tenders and ensure all tender documentation is completed.
As part of the Marketing and Estimating team, you will be reporting and working with the Marketing Manager and you will utilize your leadership and communication skills to manage a small team of two bid coordinators.
**What else do you need?** 
- Sound knowledge of government procurement/tendering processes 
- You have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills 
- With your attention and diligence to detail, you have the ability to demonstrate innovative ideas, coordinate clarification questions to clients and ensure the best added value options have been provided for the company and clients 
- Experience in using the following tools: MS Excel, InDesign, Salesforce and Graphics (considered a plus)
