Working very closely with finance and commercial team as well as Regional and Global supply Chain.Key AccountabilitiesManagement of replenishment and customers’ orders, including processing of orders through local ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central)Orders inbound management to ensure stock is correctly received by 3PL (4 sites across Australia) as well as in the companies systems, including OOS managementSupply planning. Tight collaboration with the local demand planner, customers VRP (Coles and Woolworths) and commercial team, to ensure stock availability in the right location and service level in line with Company’s expectationsInventory management, including monthly stock reconciliation and stock flow managementPoint of contact between the business and the 3PL for repacking and reworking activities and ad hoc projects (including warehouse visits if required)Close cooperation with Global Supply Chain and Regional team on orders management and demand planning mattersReporting and stock analysis (obsolescence, overstock, service level, etc.)Supply Chain support to other functions on New Product Launch planKey Requirements:3-5 years working experience, Supply Chain background (ideally logistics or planning)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle different tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and good prioritisation management skillsPassionate about making things happen, eager to learn and keen to take initiative s and risksIf this exciting opportunity is of interest, simply click APPLY and James Slaven will handle your application in confidence.
