Who are we looking for?
We're searching for a Videographer and Photographer to join our team at TNN Engineering and work on the KAON brand.
You'll collaborate closely with our in-house designer, reporting to the marketing lead, working as part of a small, agile team to create unified content that aligns with brand objectives.

What you will be doing:
As part of a growing brand and team, this is a hybrid creative role.
While you'll work across both photo and video projects, most of your time will be spent on videography, from planning and shooting to editing and delivery.
Your role will include:
Delivering media to support various marketing initiatives and communications across all brand touchpoints in print and digital formats.
Being a brand guardian, ensuring brand tone, style and creative standards are consistently met in visual outcomes.
Assisting with generating media to support bringing new products to market, including installation, education, and lifestyle content.
Executing the creation of social media content to be rolled out across multiple channels.
Managing your workload to support the business and team through the meeting of timelines and budget.
Pre-production shoot coordination and logistics management.
Assisting with conceptualisation and scripting of content pieces alongside the greater Marketing team.
Videography post-production, including editing, grading and outputs for various channels.
Photographic post-production, including grading, retouching and channel outputs.
File and asset management, including cataloguing and archiving.
Deliver creative outcomes to specifications, following best-practice post-production and finished art practices.
What will you bring to the role:
After all, we don't have all the answers either, but we've learnt along the way – and we know talent and passion when we see it.
However, there are some things we are looking for:
A great portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of how to leverage visual storytelling to creatively communicate brand and product USPs, as well as an eye for real-yet-aspirational imagery.
You'll bring commercial experience producing both photo and video content from concept to delivery.
Excellent technical photography and videography skills.
The ability to work with lighting and audio to generate high-quality outcomes in various settings.
The ability to manage logistics and pre-production planning.
Ability to comfortably navigate around Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.
Ability to manage your own workload to meet job expectations, timelines and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Someone who responds well to constructive feedback and is able to work collaboratively across teams.
An understanding of current trends and emerging technologies across media, particularly video.
Ability to self-time-manage, multi-task and move along several projects simultaneously.
An interest in automotive culture and/or the outdoors is highly regarded.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
You will also have reliable transport and a valid Drivers licence, preferably open class and manual.
