Step into a leadership role that defines excellence. We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of high‐profile, multi‐story apartments in one of Queensland's best addresses.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship commercial build — a world‐class development that blends architectural sophistication, community living, and premium design standards.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take full accountability for project delivery — ensuring the build is completed safely, on program, and within budget. You'll manage all phases from planning and procurement through to completion and handover, providing strategic direction across construction, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Oversee all project activities, guiding site teams and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and performance goals.
* Program and Budget Management: Develop, track, and control project schedules and budgets to ensure milestones are met and financial performance is achieved.
* Contracts & Procurement: Manage head and sub‐contract agreements, variations, claims, and progress payments with a sharp commercial focus.
* Stakeholder Management: Foster positive and transparent communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to protect company and client interests.
* Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to WHS, environmental, and quality standards while managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Reporting & Governance: Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
About You
* Project Management equivalent tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years' experience delivering complex commercial or residential construction projects valued over $150 million.
* Demonstrated expertise in basement and multi‐story construction (up to 8 levels).
* Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with proficiency in Procore and Bread Crumb project management tools.
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* High attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and delivery excellence.
