PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The College is seeking highly motivated and innovative Upper Primary School Teachers interested in teaching Upper primary years in a full time ongoing position.
Our ideal candidate will be committed to maximising our students' potential and providing a relevant and engaging learning experience that is based in an inquiry approach to learning.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, passionate and a committed member of our College Community and be prepared to contribute to all aspects of College life. It is an expectation that all staff support the vision and goals of the College as a learning community.

* Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in collaborative teams.
* Demonstrated competence in classroom management.
* Proficiency in the use of the Office 365 Suite and Apple Technologies.
* Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, communication skills and proficiency in integrating technology into the daily classroom environment.
* Willingness to become an active member of the Mother Teresa Catholic College community with a strong commitment to promoting and supporting the varied aspects of College life.
* Be flexible, enthusiastic and able to work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in inter-disciplinary planning and pedagogy.
* Have knowledge of and willingness to embrace and facilitate inquiry-learning pedagogy (Walker Influenced) and collaborate with colleagues in the planning, session facilitation and evaluation.
* Differentiate the learning program to cater for individual differences.
* Proven ability to use data to effectively drive improvement and targeted learning with high expectations.
* Demonstrates a sound understanding of the content and pedagogy necessary to teach and assess the Australian Curriculum and NQS, and (if applicable) EYLF and ECE documents and Play Based Education.

* Teaching qualification
* Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School or be willing to work towards.
* Current TRBWA Registration
