One of Melbourne's leading fire protection contractors across major construction projects is looking to add an experienced wet fire project manager to its team. The company delivers projects across a wide range of sectors and currently has major infrastructure projects in its pipeline.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning and design management of wet fire projects from award to completion.
* Mentor site teams and manage sub‑contractors.
* Maintain positive, long‑lasting client relationships.
* Handle estimations, contract negotiations and financial management of the project.
Qualifications
* Experience as a project manager within the fire protection industry.
* Experience working on wet fire projects (sprinklers, hydrants, pump sets, minor upgrades).
* Strong understanding of Australian Standards relevant to wet fire.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team‑player comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
