Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records and process accounts payable and receivable functions with precision.
* Process credit card reconciliations and supplier statements to ensure timely payment.
* Respond to inquiries from suppliers and customers in a professional manner.
* Provide support with month-end accounting procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in an accounts payable/receivable role is required.
* A strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy is essential for this position.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using Xero accounting software is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
