Plonk is looking to find a Beer manager for our Fyshwick, ACT store. We are a small team who are passionate about our craft beer and wine and work in a dynamic retail market centre open from Thursday to Sunday.
The role is focused on ordering and managing the beer portfolio of the business and creating a diverse and interesting product mix for our customers. Building good business relationships with brewers and breweries is vital for success in this role.

Must have an extensive knowledge of beer and be passionate about craft beer. hospitality and retail experience is preferred, and good customer relation skills are essential. Must have a current RSA.
