About The Service

We offer a one-stop hub for individuals aged 25-65 who are experiencing or have experienced mental health issues. We provide comprehensive support to help our clients achieve their goals.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality interventions and care planning for individuals aged **** years. This role requires autonomy, collaboration with other clinicians, and participation in service development. Your duties will include:



* Providing evidence-based interventions and comprehensive assessment

* Developing individual care plans

* Participating in clinical review and quality assurance processes

* Attending business and professional development meetings

* Contributing to community partnerships with external stakeholders




Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



* General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist (with mental health accreditation), or AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker or Registered Nurse and / or Registered Mental Health Nurse

* Knowledge and experience in clinical mental health assessment and evidence-based interventions

* Proven judgment and evaluation skills demonstrating a working understanding of assessment and care planning

* Sound understanding of public, non-government, and private mental health systems and programs

* Demonstrated computer skills and ability to maintain clinical records

* Proven understanding of duty of care, rights to privacy and confidentiality

* Positive attitude with commitment to service improvement and personal growth

* Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills

* Eligibility to apply/currently hold a WWCC

* Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance
