This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 4:15PM, however, we are happy to discuss what works best with the successful candidate.
The Day-to-Day: Performing routine metals and wet chemistry analysis, following compendial method and in-house methods.
Operation and troubleshooting of instrumentation such as ICP-MS and ICP-OES.
Ensure analytical procedures and associated tasks are conducted in accordance with ALS Quality Systems.
Following structured workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-performing laboratory environment.
Act as trainer for tasks within or below their category for which experience, proficiency and competency has been established.
The essentials One year's relevant experience (a degree or diploma preferred) and, an appropriate level of aptitude depending on the tests to be allocated.
