1. Role Purpose
To manage influencers, create content, run social media channels, support brand growth, and
maintain the website.
1. Key Responsibilities
A. Influencer / KOL Management
* Contact influencers and invite them for in-store shoots.
* Mass-message outreach for collaborations.
* Shortlist suitable influencers.
* Arrange collaboration types: shop-visit, try-on videos, unboxing videos.
* Maintain long-term influencer relationships.
B. Weekly Content Creation
* Produce 7 short videos + 7 cover photos per week.
* Prepare jewelry, outfits, props.
* Coordinate staff schedules.
* Plan weekly creative concepts.
* Complete filming within 2 days.
* Edit videos and write captions.
* Schedule daily posting.
C. Monthly / Bi-monthly Major Shoots
* Coordinate photographers and models.
* Prepare wardrobe, props, jewelry.
* Attend photoshoot day.
* Organise final photos and upload to website.
D. Website & E-commerce Support
* Upload new products.
* Customer service messaging.
* Packing and shipping (when required).
* Update stock levels.
* Required Skills
* CapCut editing

* Fashion/jewelry trend awareness
* Wix/Shopify experience
* Communication & organisation skills
