Orchestra Victoria, (OV), provides pit services for ballet and opera in Victoria, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Australian Ballet. The Australian Ballet and Orchestra Victoria have an annual turnover of more than $70 million and employ over 265 staff.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Deliver end-to-end delivery of the campaigns for The Australian Ballet's National Tour 'On Tour' and children's ballet program Storytime Ballet, as well as supporting mainstage programs and other priorities as assigned. This will include through-the-line campaign collateral, paid and owned media channels.
- Deliver marketing strategies for Orchestra Victoria and provide regular campaign support for their programming, independent of the ballet.
- Support website and digital updates for the Marketing Campaign team.
- Build, write and support compelling eDM campaigns in support of business goals.
- Deliver campaign materials and rollout based on campaign mix developed in consultation with the Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with media and digital agencies to execute campaigns.
- Deliver niche marketing opportunities in support of brand goals.
- Contribute meaningful ideas to the wider marketing and PR team to drive revenue and new audience acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate budgets and extensive critical path schedules for all projects.
- Support in the delivery of marketing activities for various stakeholders including supporting internal departments including.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing / communications or similar discipline
- 2-3 years' experience implementing marketing or communication campaigns
- Proven track record in campaign execution (brief to rollout)
- Experience liaising with media agencies on schedules
- Experience in working in sales-oriented environment
- Experience in agency or brand/ campaign marketing background is desirable
- An understanding and alignment with The Australian Ballet ethos
- Strong people and communication skills
- Experience managing a varied workload and variety of stakeholders
