Colman Magiatis' is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Management Assistant to join our thriving Residential Leasing and Property Management team in Osborne Park, Western Australia. This full-time position will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of property management while contributing to the overall success of our firm.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the day-to-day administration of property management activities, including processing tenant applications, preparing lease documentation, and coordinating property inspections
* Providing exceptional customer service to our valued tenants and landlords, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining detailed and accurate property records, including rent rolls, tenancy agreements, and property condition reports
* Supporting the property management team with various tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both tenants and landlords
