About the Role
The role involves managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers and actively engaging with "work ready" job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers.
Responsibilities
* Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers
* Actively engage with work-ready job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers
* Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready
* Create and deliver engaging group sessions aimed at motivating participants to become job ready
* Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce
* Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in case management
* Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people who are unemployed
* Confidence and trustworthiness as a self-starter who thrives on achieving meaningful results and problem-solving
* Experience in facilitating group training and information sessions
* Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment
* Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets
* Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
* Employment services experience is highly valued; experience in retail, recruitment, or similar fast-paced, results-focused service environments is also welcomed

Additional Requirements
* Current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is mandatory
* Successful applicants will be required to undertake a police check; a clear criminal history is not mandatory
* Applicants for all roles require a mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
