The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise clinic staff and cultivate a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
* Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them advance in their careers.
* Assist the Lead Vet in overseeing financial management.
* Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote the clinic and attract new clients.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and clean clinic environment.
* Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective communication.
* Work closely with veterinarians to enhance patient care and contribute to continuous service improvements.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in veterinary practice management or a similar managerial role within a clinical environment.
* Cert IV Vet Nursing will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Ability to work with fellow team members and build rapport with clients.
* A desire to grow, learn and develop your career.
