Our client is a highly regarded boutique national finance and investment provider, who specialises in the property sector. **The Opportunity**:
A unique opportunity has opened for an Associate Director in the Investor Relations team to support the Head of Investor Relations & Product Development, across capital raising, investor relations, reporting and product development. This is a senior appointment for an experienced professional.
**Key responsibilities**:
The is an integral role that will have interaction & service all parts of the business.
The 3 main areas that you will be responsible for:
- _Management of the Business Development functions_. This includes interacting existing investors; engaging and networking with new ones
- _Capital raising._ Assisting with the preparation of associated documentation; with the cap raising planning& strategy; collate onboarding & compliance documentation
- _Investor Reporting._ Prepare, review and distribution of investor and investor portfolio reports; research and comment on market.

You will naturally be a confident person infront of others, and be able to multitask and project manage bringing key stakeholders and deliverable together. You will have a can-do client focused attitude, and not be affraid to jump in where needed
To be considered for this position, you will
***possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- have significant experience in a similar Relationship Management role dealing with investors (high net worth individuals; wealth management groups etc)
- Have strong stake holder/project management/ operations experience
- a relevant qualification is highly regarded
- be tech and system savvy
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- preparing business and financial reports
You'll thrive in a busy environment, and be a natural multitasker that is comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels. You'll be a strong communicator, and will have experience using different financial and reporting software.
