Working closely with the Aviary Manager, you'll shape our cocktail menu, mentor a passionate team, and maintain the exceptional standards that make Aviary a standout venue on the Gold Coast.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and loves creating unforgettable experiences.What We're Looking ForStrong cocktail knowledge and a passion for spirits and mixology.Proven experience in a senior bar or supervisory role within a busy, high-end venue.A confident and engaging presence behind the bar.Commitment to consistency, detail, and presentation.Leadership qualities that inspire, motivate, and develop others.Understanding of bar operations, stock control, prep, and service standards.Flexibility to work nights and weekends (when the rooftop truly comes alive).
