The Position You'll be assisting customers and retail partners with everything from product setup to issue resolution, ensuring users get the most out of their tech Reporting to the Team Lead, your duties will include: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems Diagnose and resolve product-related issues, both hardware and software Assist with troubleshooting, warranty claims, and parts replacement coordination Provide setup guidance and product usage support Document all support interactions and maintain accurate case records Escalate unresolved or technical issues when required Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve the support process.
