About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of Industrial Assets. This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive team, providing flexibility and autonomy to shape your space.
Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage both hard and soft service functions of the assets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and communication to a wide array of stakeholders, including customers, contractors, consultants, property visitors, and the general public.
* Effectively manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
* Conduct property inspections, including daily checks, weekly exception reports, and structured quarterly inspection reports.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management, focusing on Commercial, Industrial, or Retail assets.
* Solid understanding of building maintenance and operations.
* Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong customer service abilities.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
