About the Role
As the Business Support Team Leader Riverland you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, efficient and effective business support services across RCHS departments. You will lead the development, coordination and management of key administrative functions ensuring consistency in processes, procedures and systems across all business support teams.
With a strong focus on audit compliance and continuous improvement you will oversee high‑level administrative operations, manage complex enquiries and complaints, and drive improvements that enhance coordination and service delivery. This pivotal role contributes to a more streamlined, responsive and well‑supported health service for staff and the community.

* Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Word.
