About The Role
Our mission is to make lives better and happier for the aging and disabled community, enabling them to live fulfilling lives at home doing what they love.
We provide around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight based on client needs.
Job Responsibilities
Provide genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experiences to clients.
Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.
Follow care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
Ensure safety needs are met and equipment is used properly.
Accurately complete records and documentation.

Skills & Experience
Passionate about making a difference.
Self-led with responsibility for personal behavior and success.
Coachable.
Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to report care concerns to Care Designers.
Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
Own vehicle is an asset for drivers.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).
Working With Children Check.
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
NDIS Clearance.
