About the Role
* Managing a busy advisory and litigation practice across State and Federal jurisdictions;
* Advising on complex and sensitive issues involving public sector employment frameworks, misconduct, enterprise bargaining, discipline, and workplace investigations;
* Supporting government clients with practical, solutions-oriented guidance that reflects broader public sector objectives;
* Appearing at the QIRC, FWC, and other forums as required;
* Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a collegiate, collaborative team environment.
About You:
You are a technically strong employment lawyer (approximately 4–8 years PAE) with experience in private practice or government. You enjoy complex legal work, thrive in a team-based environment, and are motivated by work that has broader impact.
