We're recruiting for a global consumer brand in the premium homewares and lifestyle products sector. They're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Executive to join their Sydney team.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety supporting customers, managing product info, assisting sales, and contributing to eCommerce and marketing tasks.
What you'll do
* Manage customer enquiries via phone/email
* Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate returns/warranties
* Communicate with sales, warehouse & logistics
* Update product info, images & descriptions on websites
* Support product submissions, pricing lists & promotional updates
* Assist with monthly promotions, newsletters & product launches
* Help coordinate trade shows/expos
What you bring
* Customer service experience in consumer goods, homewares, appliances, eCommerce or retail head office
* Strong communication & attention to detail
* Ability to multitask across CS, product and admin
* Positive, team-focused attitude
* Experience with EDI or eCommerce content (nice to have)
